You know when you hear a new band and they absolutely kick you in the arse (in the best way possible)?
Manchester's Blagged were exactly that band when I first saw them in a sweaty windowless room in Liverpool on the hottest day of 2023. Delivering a tightly honed set of warp-speed melodic punk with hooks for days and energy levels that defied the sweltering heat of the room, I knew immediately I wanted to put a record out with them.
Here we are, about 18 months later on one of the wettest days of 2024 and that record is available for pre-order.
